The cheese, sausages and eggs come from two local farms. The pressed juices are made by us with excellent fruit and vegetables from South Tyrol; egg dishes are freshly prepared. From 7.30 to 10.30 am, our breakfast buffet awaits you with many regional and organic delicacies, national specialties, hot coffee, selected teas, organic fruit juices and more.
