"The only Hotel we’ve ever experienced where EVERYTHING from soup to nuts is perfect. We were welcomed by Name before we could even get into the door. We drove down into the garage (which btw is included at no extra cost) Julia helped us w the luggage directly into the room. Paperwork can be done later, you can arrive first. Once you walk into the room you will be speechless. I guarantee it. The bathroom is the dice of many hotel rooms!! But wait until you take your first shower! Heaven! The bedroom and living room are huge. By then you will have noticed the taste of the owners and the artistic interior decoration. Stunning.
The view from bedroom, living room and balcony are breathtaking. You have the complete valley in front of you with all of Meran village. The house has gone through a complete renovation that includes the Kate’s in air conditioning, lightning and electric shutters. A dream. As it turns out the lady of the house has a masters degree in Interieur designing. You than go up onto the rooftop where an infinity pool is awaiting you. Insanely beautiful. Just like the Austrian they serve yummy delicacies in the afternoon. Same with breakfast, all local and fresh daily produce. If you vegan you are welcome there for they cater for your needs. The SPA - especially the dry floating bed - is a must. I recommend to do that before a massage. Had I known how good those 10 min were, I would have done that every day and not wait for the last day. My bad. Many more highlights and superlatives.
If you head to Meran or Bozen this is your must stay place- Period. If you don’t your own fault. Enjoy"

"Luxury Suites, indeed Luxury, I would give 6 stars!! I have traveled a lot and stayed in several boutique and 5* hotels, but this was something very special! Heartfelt owners Csilla and Franz Prunner set a new standard in hospitality. The hotel is small and very luxurious, the atmosphere is yet warm and cozy. The suites are spacious, very stylish, modern and well equipped. The view of the mountain landscape is breathtaking. The infinity pool on the roof is an absolute highlight. The sauna lounge had snacks and a drink bar, all included in the price. Breakfast was varied and made with healthy local products. Csilla and Franz make this hotel really special. You can feel the passion of being a host. We got excellent tips e.g. hiking and restaurants. Thanks, I will definitely return."
