For a successful holiday

Going on vacation offers good sensations, but it also requires a certain effort in terms of organization.
So you do not run into unwanted surprises, take a look at the most important information we have collected for you.

Guests over the age of 14 are welcome - Adults only
Check-in is available on the day of arrival between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m.

IMPORTANT: Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance, our reception is not in service from 12 a.m. to 2 p.m.

On the day of departure, check-out time is 11 a.m. However, if you wish, you can spend the whole day in the Sky Spa on the roof
Upon request and subject to availability, late check-out is possible until 2 p.m. for a surcharge of € 50.
For a late check-out until 9 p.m. we charge a person's daily rate
Prices are per person per night and include breakfast
The 3rd and 4th person staying in the suites receive a 30% discount on the daily rate
The single use of the suites requires payment of the full price for 2 people. For single use of the double room,
a supplement of € 60 per night is required
Dogs are allowed upon request and subject to confirmation. The cost is € 35 per night (excluding food)
In case of allergies or intolerances, please let us know at the time of booking, so that you can enjoy your holiday without worries

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% via credit card. In case of cancellation,
the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.
The remaining amount can be paid at the hotel in cash (up to € 4.999) or by credit card (MasterCard or Visa).
In the hotel, we will ask for payment of the tourist tax of € 3.80 per person per night, which is not included in the price of the stay

Cancellation policy:

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% via credit card. In case of cancellation,
the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated -
however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

For cancellations made up to 31 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
