Going on vacation offers good sensations, but it also requires a certain effort in terms of organization.

Check-in is available on the day of arrival between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m.
IMPORTANT: Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance, our reception is not in service from 12 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- On the day of departure, check-out time is 11 a.m. However, if you wish, you can spend the whole day in the Sky Spa on the roof
- Upon request and subject to availability, late check-out is possible until 2 p.m. for a surcharge of € 50.
For a late check-out until 9 p.m. we charge a person's daily rate - Prices are per person per night and include breakfast
- The 3rd and 4th person staying in the suites receive a 50% discount on the daily rate
- The single use of the suites requires payment of the full price for 2 people. For single use of the double room, a supplement of € 50 per night is required
- Dogs are allowed upon request and subject to confirmation. The cost is € 30 per night (excluding food)
- In case of allergies or intolerances, please let us know at the time of booking, so that you can enjoy your holiday without worries
At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required. The remaining amount can be paid at the hotel in cash (up to € 4.999) or by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). In the hotel, we will ask for payment of the tourist tax of € 3.80 per person per night, which is not included in the price of the stay

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation is free up to 31 days before arrival. In this case, the deposit already paid will be converted into a voucher
- 30 to 8 days before arrival, 70% of the booking cost is charged
- Less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the booking cost is charged. The same applies in case of late arrival, early departure or no-show
- We only accept cancellations in writing
