The awakening of nature
In spring, the Merano area turns into an immense sea of flowers. The mild days invite you to take pleasant walks along the Lungopassirio promenade, with its imaginative plant sculptures. At Trauttmansdorff Castle, you will find a myriad of scents and colours in the eighty gardens, while the apple blossoms with their white and pink hues will accompany you during an hike along the paths of the canals. Yet, looking up at the peaks, you will still notice the sparkling white snow: a particularly evocative sight.
